Your photos go to the moderators for review before appearing in the archive.
Your photos are added right away. On the next screen you can tag them, label people, and edit or remove them. Note: automatic face detection isn't available here — you can still add people by hand.
Fixes Tumblr’s Daily API rate limit exceeded. Register a free app at
tumblr.com/oauth/apps, then paste its OAuth Consumer Key (and secret).
No cost — it just raises your daily limit by using your own credentials.
These re-scrape on a schedule while the app is open. New posts only (already-fetched posts are skipped). Imports wait in review before entering the gallery.
Paste one or more URLs (one per line) for a big one-time pull — e.g. old tumblrs you won't reuse. They run one at a time and land in review.
One queue over all pending photos from every run. Best when the backlog is large — page through, approve/reject in bulk, and it always reflects what's still pending.
Regenerate AI captions + scene tags for every live photo with the current prompt. Media types stay frozen (curated face labels are safe) and the database is backed up before a fresh run. This overwrites existing AI tags — run a test batch first to preview the results.
Or review a single scrape at a time. Pending imports stay out of the gallery until approved.

For an audience regular (a frequent crowd face). Still detected and searchable — just sunk in the listing & suggestions.
Another record that's the same human under a different ring name (e.g. link “Kaya Toribami” into “Sakura Hattori”). Both stay searchable and share one face identity.
Only for a TRUE duplicate (same person created twice). Their photos move here and the duplicate is deleted. Not reversible.
Remove this record entirely (for a mistyped or bogus entry). Their labeled faces return to the unlabeled pool to be re-grouped. Not reversible. To fold a real duplicate into another record instead, use Merge above.
Rename to fix a typo, or delete one you don't need. Deleting removes it from everyone who had it.
Mark the current holder of each belt. Singles belts take a person; the tag belt takes a team.
Compares perceptual hashes across the whole archive to find near-identical images (re-posts, re-saves, light re-crops). This is a manual scan and can take a moment on a large library.
Match cards share a template, so different cards look similar to the hash. They use a tighter threshold of their own; each image shows how many bits it differs from the group's anchor (0–2 = a safe match).
